Jose Rosas

January 4, 1950 ~ August 14, 2020 (age 70)

Obituary

Jose Rosas, age 70, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 14, 2020.
He was born on January 4, 1950 to Jose Rosas and Trinidad Sanchez in Cueramaro, Guanajuato, Mexico. He was a loving husband and father; stern and compassionate. As a hard worker he had real family values and always ate with
his family around the table. He advised his children, was fun and comical, and could
also be grumpy at times. He was the best of grandparents, doting on his grandchildren and playing with them outside, especially in his retirement years. I would say he lived a full life. The family described him as a great conversationalist and a nephew said he always thought he was one of his coolest uncles.
A grandson was reminiscing about how he would ask him one question and he could talk for an hour about it. There was never a dull moment.  He was known to most as Pepe.

He is survived by his wife, Maria Elena, his children Jose Alberto, Javier, Sylvia, Rodrigo, and Fortino Rosas. And by his grandchildren Nicholas, Lucas, Luciana, Natalia, Iliana, Javy Jr., Abigail, Aaron,  Gianna, Melissa, Adrian and David. He was blessed to have three great grandchildren Lycvet, Roman, and Ila. We miss him so much already,  but we will always remember him.
